On Aug 05, 2016, we had the pleasure to host the visit of the representatives of the Science and Technology Department in Guangxi (China). The Department’s mission is to build cooperation links at international and regional level, among industries, universities, research institutes, R&D centres, technology parks, etc. The goal of the Department activities is to exchange state-of-the-art ideas and scientific achievements and to facilitate the transfer of modern technologies to improve the innovation potential of local enterprises in cooperating countries (regions).

The presence of the S&T Department staff is a follow-up of the last year’s visit of the Voice-Governor of the Chinese Autonomic Region of Guangxi who had been invited by the Marshall of the Province, Mr Władysław Ortyl.

The purpose of the visit of the Chinese Science and Technology Department representatives to the Podkarpackie Province was to initiate contacts with institutions and enterprises working with modern advanced technologies, to discuss possibilities for cooperation in the field of exchange of technologies and other scientific achievements in different technological fields.
Apart from AEROPOLIS the Chinese delegation visited also Heli One, a company located in the immediate neighbourhood of the Park.
