Our offer – business profile:
We provide services in the area of precise CNC machining (lathes, millers):
- We specialize in turning – our lathe centres are capable of turning up to the diameter of 560 mm and length of 600 mm (tools driven in the Y-axis),
- We make workpieces directly from a bar and by means of sawing and further machining
- We work with steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics
- We deliver metal products to customer’s specification or design
We also offer electrical discharge cutting services:
- electrical discharge cutting of workpieces up to 425 mm high
- die-sinking and wire-cutting EDM, small slim hole drilling in hard materials and carbide (from 0.1 mm)
- EDM and WEDM for cavities and stamps in dies and other machine parts, e.g. sieves
- EDM to make a surface finish pattern on complex surfaces, including creation of microporosity
- The creation of a matt surface, any pattern or a geometrical pattern on the surface of a component
We have at our disposal a modern Haas machine park (milling machines and lathes) and Mitsubishi machines for ED machining, which gives us the possibility to complete even the most complex projects
Our machines are under ongoing supervision of a specialized service team to ensure that our products are always of the highest quality and we do not suffer from any unplanned downtimes.
